Job summary

Sierra Technologies Pte. Ltd. hires for a Senior Solutions Engineer to drive technical pre-sales across multiple enterprise opportunities, crafting compelling demos, PoCs, and architectural reviews. You will align sales, product, and engineering, champion customer requirements, and mentor junior team members.

You will partner with executives and technical leaders, leverage AI tools thoughtfully, and translate business problems into Sierra solutions. A CS-related degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 6 years of experience with enterprise software technologies, including SaaS, CRM, APIs, and cloud platforms.
• 6 years delivering software product demos, proofs of concept, or technical prototypes.
• 6 years designing solution architectures, including integration design, data flows, API connectivity, and deployment security.
• 3 years programming or scripting with Python, JavaScript, or SQL.
• 3 years building business cases, ROI analyses, or quantified value assessments.
• 3 years creating technical documentation, architecture diagrams, integration specs, or security questionnaires.
• Past experience in demo building, and presenting, with GTM teams.
• Experience building relationships with executives and technical leaders.
• Experience leading the sales process with enterprise customers.
• Ability to translate customer problems into Sierra solutions for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to leverage AI tools in the sales motion while owning accuracy.
• Bachelor’s Degree or above in CS or related field; or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive the technical pre-sales process across multiple enterprise opportunities.
• Lead development of high-impact product demonstrations, proofs of concept, and technical prototypes across multiple accounts.
• Drive complex architecture reviews across multiple enterprise accounts, resolving integration, security, and deployment questions.
• Drive value-based technical selling across multiple accounts, translating business problems into solutions and presenting to senior executives.
• Drive alignment between sales, product, and engineering across multiple accounts, championing customer requirements and prioritization.
• Oversee technical execution across multiple concurrent, high-complexity sales cycles and mentor junior team members.
