Sierra is building a platform to help businesses create human-centric customer experiences with AI. We are a mainly in-person company with offices worldwide, including Singapore. You will design and deliver production-grade AI agents, own the agent development lifecycle, and partner with enterprises to deploy scalable AI solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience building and scaling end-to-end production systems.
• Strong problem-solving in fast-changing environments.
• Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Cantonese proficiency to support Cantonese-speaking clients.
• Familiarity with React, TypeScript, Go and AI tooling.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver production-grade AI agents.
• Own the ADLC process from pilot to deployment and iteration.
• Partner with large enterprises and startups to apply AI agents at scale.
• Shape Sierra's core platform through customer-driven feedback.
