Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead and coordinate all engineering, technical and design activities at the project site in Singapore.

This on-site role requires ensuring deliverables meet schedule, budget, quality, safety, and statutory requirements while acting as the primary technical interface with clients, consultants, and site teams. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in civil, structural, or related engineering.
• 12–15 years of relevant construction experience.
• At least 5 years in a senior engineering or managerial role.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all engineering, technical, and design activities at the project site.
• Ensure deliverables align with schedule, budget, quality, safety, and regulations.
• Act as the primary technical interface between client, consultants, and site teams.
• Manage multidisciplinary coordination across Civil, Structural, Architectural, and MEP works.
• Review drawings, specs, and methods to ensure compliance and constructability.
• Lead cross-disciplinary meetings to align deliverables with construction sequencing and BIM clash avoidance.
• Provide technical guidance to site teams and support procurement in technical evaluations.
