Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead and coordinate all engineering, technical, and design activities at the project site in Singapore.

The role ensures delivery aligned with schedule, budget, quality, safety, and statutory requirements, serving as the key technical interface among client, consultants, and site teams. Responsibilities include multidisciplinary coordination across Civil, Structural, Architectural, and MEP works, managing RFIs and design

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in civil, structural, or related engineering discipline.
• 12–15 years of relevant construction experience.
• At least 5 years in a senior engineering or managerial role.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering, technical and design coordination activities at the project site.
• Ensure deliverables align with project schedule, budget, quality, safety and statutory requirements.
• Act as the primary technical interface between client, consultants and site teams; manage multidisciplinary coordination across Civil, Structural, Architectural and MEP works; mitigate technical risks.
• Review drawings, specifications and method statements for compliance and constructability; oversee RFIs, clarifications, design changes and approvals of shop drawings and materials.
• Lead cross-disciplinary coordination; conduct regular engineering meetings; use BIM to minimize clashes and rework.
• Provide technical guidance to site teams; support construction methodology planning; assist procurement in technical evaluations of subcontractors and vendors.
