Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead all engineering, technical, and design coordination on the project site in Singapore. This on-site role requires guiding multidisciplinary teams to meet schedule, budget, and safety standards.

You will act as the main technical interface among clients, consultants, and site teams, oversee RFIs and shop drawings, and drive constructability reviews using BIM tools to minimize clashes and rework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in civil, structural, or related engineering discipline.
• 12–15 years of relevant construction experience.
• At least 5 years in a senior engineering or managerial role.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all engineering, technical, and design coordination at the project site.
• Ensure deliverables align with schedule, budget, quality, safety, and statutory requirements.
• Act as the primary technical interface between client, consultants, and site teams for multidisciplinary coordination.
• Review drawings, specs, and method statements to ensure constructability and timely approvals of shop drawings and materials.
• Lead cross-disciplinary coordination and BIM-based clash avoidance to minimize rework.
