The Engineering Manager at The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd leads engineering, technical, and design coordination on the project site, ensuring deliverables meet schedule, budget, quality, and safety requirements. You will act as the primary technical interface between client, consultants, and site teams, managing multidisciplinary coordination across Civil, Structural, Architectural, and MEP works.

You will review drawings and method statements for constructability, oversee RFIs and design

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in civil, structural, or related engineering discipline.
Minimum 12–15 years of relevant construction experience.
At least 5 years in a senior engineering or managerial role.

Responsabilités

Lead engineering, technical, and design coordination activities at the project site.
Ensure engineering deliverables align with schedule, budget, quality, safety, and statutory requirements.
Act as main technical interface between client, consultants, and site teams for multidisciplinary coordination.
Review drawings, specifications and method statements to ensure constructability and compliance.
Oversee RFIs, clarifications, design changes, and timely approvals of shop drawings and materials.
Lead cross-disciplinary coordination and BIM-based clash minimization to reduce rework and align with construction sequencing.
