Job summary

The role requires 6–10 years in engineering, experience in financial services, strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to lead in a global matrix environment; project management and governance experience are essential; a Master’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of relevant engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering activities including design, acquisition and deployment of hardware, software and network infrastructure.
• Provide direction for firm-mandated controls and compliance initiatives and roadmap.
• Mentor junior team members and drive risk assessment and reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and virtual teams to align with business goals.
