Job summary

You will act as iQCP SME for deployment initiatives, translating business requirements into AI-enabled quality workflows, partnering with Digital Transformation teams, and measuring value realization. Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder skills are essential.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Computer Science, or related discipline.
- 7+ years of experience in: Quality Engineering, Quality Systems, Manufacturing Operations, Process Excellence, Process/Equipment Engineering Expertise
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex business requirements into practical solutions.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive Quality Management System (QMS) documentation governance across Assembly & Test.
- Lead global standardization of Procedures, Specifications, Work Instructions, BKMs, and templates.
- Establish document control processes for compliance and traceability.
- Drive automation and digital dashboards to improve cycle time and decision-making.
