Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. in Singapore is seeking an AT Automation & Change Management Engineer to enable, deploy, and sustain factory automation across Micron's Assembly & Test network.

You will translate manufacturing needs into scalable automation and IT solutions while ensuring reliability and governance across sites. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, define automation requirements, support AMHS interfaces and drive continuous improvement with data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master’s degree in engineering or related field.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot problems and address root causes.
• Experience with cross-functional collaboration in manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Integrates AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency, quality and effectiveness.
• Define and translate automation requirements with Manufacturing, Process, Equipment, and IT teams.
• Develop automation system requirements including AMHS interfaces and ASRS integrations.
• Support system change management: UAT, issue resolution, deployment.
