Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage customer order intake, commit, on-time delivery (OTD) and CLIP
• Create and maintain customer work orders
• Manage inventory to meet customer contractual agreements
• Interface with manufacturing production control engineers and operations to meet customer OTD and CLIP requirements
• Develop and implement wafer start plans, coordinating with Manufacturing, Engineering, Hardware and IE to meet shipment goals and expedite critical lots
• Act as liaison between Manufacturing, Engineering, Hardware, Quality and relevant teams to resolve customer RMA issues
• Analyze production data and generate reports for management
• Ensure system data accuracy (e.g. lot start criteria)

About the role

This role requires in-depth knowledge and experience in semiconductor operations. You will work independently with minimal guidance, using best practices and knowledge of internal and external business issues to improve products and services. You will act as a resource for colleagues with less experience and may lead the team, allocating work and providing subject matter guidance to junior team members.

Key responsibilities
