Job summary

Vanguard International Semiconductor Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a seasoned professional to coordinate Manufacturing Wafer Modules operations and drive Fab delivery performance.

The role requires setting daily/weekly/monthly KPI targets and leading teams to achieve Move, C/T, Wafer Out, and CLIP, with strong data analysis and collaboration across functions to resolve line issues.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Manufacturing Wafer Modules and Production Control.
• Experience setting daily/weekly/monthly KPI targets.
• Proven track record in driving manufacturing teams to hit KPIs: Move, C/T, Wafer Out, CLIP.
• Strong data analysis, Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with team to meet Fab delivery requirements.
• Set KPI targets and drive line performance.
• Lead manufacturing teams to achieve KPIs with clear priorities.

Job description

Job Responsibilities:

• A team player to coordinate with the team to meet Fab delivery requirement
• Set Line performance KPI target on the daily, weekly and monthly timeframe to meet delivery and target CT
• Drive Manufacturing team to achieve the KPIs such as Move, C/T, Wafer Out and CLIP with clear priority and directions
• Co-work with cross functional teams to resolve line issues
• Capability identified gaps/improvements in Fab capability vs planned capacity requirement,
• Wafer Start management to achieve and maintain Line linearity.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in any Engineering discipline
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in both Manufacturing Wafer Modules and Production Control (Wafer Fabrication industry).
• Proven track record and ability to set line performance KPI targets (daily/weekly/monthly) to meet delivery and CT targets
• Experience driving manufacturing teams to hit KPIs (Move, C/T, Wafer Out, CLIP) with clear priorities and direction
• Good factory knowledge eg relationship between line move, cycle time and customer delivery
• Highly driven, motivated and resourceful
• Strong team player
• Good communication skill and good data analytic skill
• Proficient in MS Excel and Powerpoint software
