Responsibilities

• Lead technical engagement and strategic partnerships with RDA and Metrology suppliers.
• Develop and execute global tool and technology strategies aligned with Micron's roadmap.
• Drive supplier innovation, capability development, and performance improvements.
• Enable qualification, deployment, and optimization of advanced metrology and inspection technologies.
• Collaborate across worldwide fabs to improve quality, yield, productivity, and manufacturing robustness.
• Influence supplier roadmaps to address future technology challenges and business needs.
• Manage technical escalations, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement initiatives with key suppliers.
• Drive AI-driven transformation across RDA and Metrology by leveraging AI to accelerate innovation, enhance operational efficiency, improve manufacturing performance, and enable data-driven decision-making.
