Job summary

Qualifications

Internship or experience in the semiconductor industry is a plus.
Demonstrated leadership and a track record of impact is highly desirable.
Interest in and knowledge of Micron and the semiconductor industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and optimize measurement recipes to provide quick, accurate feedback on product integrity.
Participate in new technology development and collaborate with R&D fab sites in the US.
Engage in global CST discussions to share best practices across Micron fabs.
Set up tool qualification criteria and monitor using SPC charts.
Collaborate with Engineering Operations to optimize maintenance and tool utilization.
Lead projects to enhance inline detection, reduce costs, and improve machine availability.
Integrate AI-enabled tools and insights to improve efficiency and decision making.
Ensure engineering teams are trained on recipe maintenance and troubleshooting.
