• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Engineering or Science is required.

• Internship or experience in the semiconductor industry is a plus.
• Demonstrated leadership and a track record of impact are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Solve yield or quality impact with measurement recipes.
• Participate in new technology development with R&D fab teams in US.
• Share best-known-methods and lessons across the Micron network.
• Set up tool qualification criteria and monitor with SPC charts.
• Collaborate to optimize maintenance schedules and utilization.
• Lead projects to enhance inline detection and reduce cost.
• Partner with tool suppliers to overcome shrinking technology nodes.
• Support Fab through data analysis and recommendations on process changes and cost reduction.
• Ensure engineering training on recipe maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Determine sampling strategy to meet production and quality requirements.
• Integrate AI-assisted tools to improve efficiency, quality or effectiveness.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by testing AI enhancements.
