Cushman & Wakefield Singapore is seeking a Senior Engineer to lead a repair team responsible for daily lift/escalator maintenance and fault rectification. The role emphasizes planning manpower, tools and resources while ensuring safety and compliance with company procedures.

You will analyse maintenance data to identify recurring faults, develop preventive strategies, and provide technical guidance to technicians.

• Reporting & Documentation
• Prepare regular reports on maintenance trends, repair activities, and system performance.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, component replacements, and fault history.
• Present findings and recommendations to management and clients where required.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices.
• Drive initiatives to enhance maintenance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
