Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield Singapore is seeking a senior HVAC/building services professional with 10+ years of experience to lead complex ACMV and electrical projects. You will supervise site activities, manage documentation, and ensure delivery within budget and schedule.

• Diploma or degree in HVAC, mechanical engineering or related field with 10+ years of experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of ACMV systems, project management, schematics and O&M/TC documentation.
• Good problem-solving, communication and teamwork; MS Office proficiency; PMBOK/MS Project knowledge is a bonus.

About the Role:

• Provide technical support for preventive maintenance, repairs, and replacement works for ACMV, electrical, and building services.
• Supervise and coordinate project site activities, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
• Manage project documentation, including reports, testing & commissioning (T&C), as-built drawings, and O&M manuals.
• Ensure project completion within budget, schedule, safety requirements, and contract specifications.

• Troubleshoot technical issues, prepare quotations and purchase orders, and support site operations as required.

About You:

• Diploma or Degree in HVAC, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline, with at least 10 years of experience in ACMV, electrical, or building projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of ACMV systems, project management, schematics, as-built drawings, and O&M/T&C documentation.
• Good problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills, with proficiency in MS Office (PMBOK/MS Project knowledge is an advantage).
