Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is hiring an Electrical Maintenance/Project Engineer in Singapore. You will lead electrical shutdowns, perform preventive maintenance, and oversee lighting and protection systems to ensure reliability and safety.

The role involves managing projects, timelines, budgets, and client communications. The ideal candidate holds a Grade 7 LEW certification, a Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering, and 3–5 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Min Grade 7 LEW certification (EMA-recognized).
• Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in electrical maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute electrical shutdowns with minimal disruption.
• Perform scheduled maintenance and ensure system reliability.
• Inspect, maintain, and upgrade lighting and lightning protection systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Lead electrical projects from planning to completion.
• Manage timelines, budgets, resources, and stakeholder communication.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical faults and system issues.
• Provide technical guidance to team members and clients.
• Train staff and certify them to do basic electrical works onsite.
• Oversee contractors and ensure quality, safety, and timely delivery.
• Mentor junior staff and coordinate team activities.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand needs and present solutions.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations.

About the Role:

About You:
