Job summary

Databricks is seeking an Engagement Manager in Singapore to accelerate customer value through adoption of the Databricks platform. You will work with the Forward Deployed Engineering Team to strategically solve, build and sell programs, ensuring customers derive maximum value from products and services.

You will partner with Sales, Field Engineering, Partners, Support and Product teams on campaigns and content to position engaging services, driving KPIs, revenue and successful outcomes for

Qualifications

• Data and AI domain knowledge with production implementation experience.
• Senior customer-facing/services sales experience requiring influencing and negotiating.
• Excellent stakeholder relationships at all levels, including executives.
• Strong program management and governance skills.
• Proven ability to meet KPIs and CSAT targets.

Responsibilities

• Help customers accelerate value through adoption of the Databricks platform.
• Position and sell engagements delivered by the Forward Deployed Engineering Team.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Field Engineering, Partners, Support and Product.
• Lead scope, time, cost and benefit analyses for engagements and SLAs.
• Drive delivery excellence and KPI attainment for FDE and training programs.
