Job summary

Dyson Singapore seeks a Senior Engineer – Energy Transmission to own end-to-end wiring delivery across multiple projects. You will lead architecture, supplier ownership and people leadership to ensure performance, safety, cost, and schedule targets are met.

You will develop detailed harness schematics and BoMs, ensure manufacturability at scale, and collaborate with mechanical, electrical, systems and manufacturing teams to meet interfaces and regulatory standards (IEC/UL/EN).

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in wire harness design and energy transmission systems.
• Experience in cable specification and sizing, connector reliability.
• Strong architecture thinking and system-level design capability.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end wiring delivery across multiple projects.
• Lead architecture implementation and design of harnesses.
• Coordinate with suppliers and cross-functional teams for integration.
• Ensure compliance with IEC, EN, UL and internal quality standards.
• Mentor engineers and drive continuous improvement.
