Job summary

Dyson Singapore Technology Centre seeks a Senior Technology Engineer for Energy Transmission to own end-to-end wiring solutions across multiple projects. You will lead architecture, supplier ownership and people leadership to deliver safe, cost-effective harness designs.

You will ensure manufacturability and collaborate with mechanical, electrical, systems and manufacturing teams, conducting design reviews, resolving wiring issues, and helping shape future wiring technology roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Typical 5+ years of relevant experience in wire harness design.
• Experience with cable specification, sizing and connector reliability.
• Proficiency in schematic capture and harness design tools (MS Visio, NX Electrical).

Responsibilities

• Implement architecture frameworks and apply design rules across projects.
• Design and develop detailed harness schematics, wiring diagrams, BoMs and routing data.
• Ensure manufacturability and scalable production of wiring solutions.
• Coordinate with suppliers and cross-functional teams for integration and reviews.
