Job summary

FranklinWH Energy Storage Inc. in Singapore seeks an Energy Management System Software Expert to own the EMS software architecture and energy-dispatch strategies for residential solar-plus-storage systems. You will ensure reliable coordination between local devices and cloud platforms.

The role covers developing core control strategies for intelligent energy dispatch, load management, and grid-connected and off-grid transitions, along with system integration and simulation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in automation, power systems, new energy, software engineering, or related discipline.
• Experience in EMS development for energy storage systems.
• Familiarity with Linux-based application development and multi-threaded environments.
• Experience integrating EMS with BMS, PCS, and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design EMS solutions and software architecture for energy storage systems and optimize control strategies for energy dispatch and load management.
• Develop energy dispatch algorithms based on PV generation, load demand, and battery status.
• Complete communications integration and commissioning between EMS, BMS, PCS, loads, and cloud platforms.
• Perform software debugging, testing, and diagnose system interaction issues and data discrepancies.
• Produce EMS design documents, algorithms, and development standards; establish reusable framework.
