Howden is a leading global independent insurance broker with Singapore as a regional hub. The Senior Executive/Assistant Manager role focuses on relationship management, client service, and cost-effective employee benefits design for corporate clients.

You will assess client needs, present plan options, negotiate with carriers, and provide employee education and ongoing support. This position welcomes fresh graduates and values strong communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant experience in employee benefits insurance is advantageous; fresh graduates are welcomed.
• A recognised degree in any discipline and/or professional insurance qualifications.
• Good working knowledge of employee benefits products.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships and understand evolving needs.
• Assess client needs and renewals; identify cost containment opportunities.
• Identify markets and design customised employee benefits plans.
• Negotiate with carriers to secure favorable terms and rates.
• Educate employees and HR on benefits; provide ongoing support.
