Job summary

v-elegant pte. ltd. in Singapore seeks an experienced emergency nurse to audit Dispatcher Assisted Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (DACPR) cases and ensure adherence to procedures within the Operations Centre.

You will handle incoming emergency calls, verify caller and incident details, and complete Emergency Call Taking (ECT) forms. You will conduct telephone medical triage, provide medical advice and Pre-Arrival Instructions (PAI) per approved guidelines, and forward ECT forms to dispatchers.

Qualifications

• Nurse degree is required.
• Minimum SSN2 rank; SSN1 preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in an emergency medical setting.
• Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) registration is required; ongoing maintenance is not required by the Authority.
• Basic computer skills and ability to make timely clinical decisions.

Responsibilities

• Audit Dispatcher Assisted Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (DACPR) cases handled by Operations Centre to ensure adherence to procedures.
• Handle incoming emergency calls, obtain caller and incident details, and complete Emergency Call Taking (ECT) forms in system.
• Conduct telephone medical triage and provide medical advice and Pre-Arrival Instructions (PAI) according to approved guidelines, forwarding completed ECT forms to resource dispatchers.
• Provide clinical support for complex medical emergencies.
• Review call recordings and public feedback; conduct medical training for designated Emergency call centre personnel.
• Assist in improving medical protocols, triage accuracy and patient outcomes.
• Attend required training and maintain strict confidentiality of all information.
