Qualifications

• Degree in Nursing and Singapore Nursing Board registration.
• Senior Staff Nurse 2 level or higher; Senior Staff Nurse 1 preferred.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in emergency medicine.
• Strong clinical judgement and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical guidance for complex emergency medical calls and telephone triage.
• Support clinicians and call handlers in making timely clinical decisions.
• Review emergency call recordings, conduct clinical audits and recommend improvements.
• Conduct medical training and support updates to medical protocols and pre-arrival instructions.
• Support service quality monitoring and reporting; selected candidates may be appointed Team Lead.
