Job summary

DIVAN ENGINEERING PTE LTD is seeking a qualified Licensed Electrical Worker (LEW) Grade 7 to oversee electrical maintenance, operations and compliance at our Singapore site. You will manage installation, inspection, troubleshooting and preventive maintenance, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

We require NITEC/ITE in electrical work with at least 5 years of hands-on experience and a valid LEW Grade 7 licence.

Qualifications

• Hold a NITEC/ITE certificate in electrical work and at least 5 years of hands-on electrical experience in Singapore.
• Possess a valid Singapore Licensed Electrical Worker (LEW) Grade 7 licence.
• Demonstrate experience in electrical engineering, maintenance or facilities operations.
• Know Singapore electrical regulations and codes of practice and ensure compliance.
• Exhibit strong coordination and problem-solving skills to lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee electrical installation, maintenance, inspection, and repair to ensure reliability and safety.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical faults quickly to minimise downtime.
• Plan and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance for optimal system performance.
• Ensure all works meet regulatory and safety requirements to uphold workplace safety.
• Supervise contractors, technicians, and service providers to deliver quality services.
• Conduct inspections to verify electrical systems are safely maintained.
• Support testing, commissioning, and electrical upgrading works for enhanced capabilities.
• Maintain accurate electrical records and documentation for audits and compliance.
• Liaise with clients, contractors and stakeholders to facilitate communication and coordination.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management to support operations.
