Job summary

GOLDTECH RESOURCES PTE LTD is seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to support the Site Manager in daily operation, inspection and maintenance of electrical systems. You will lead maintenance activities, respond to faults, and ensure safe, reliable operation of all installations.

The role requires 5+ years in electrical maintenance, valid LEW Grade 7, and strong knowledge of distribution systems, safety requirements and documentation.

Qualifications

• Higher Nitec, Diploma or equivalent qualification in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, Control Engineering or a related discipline.
• Must possess a valid EMA Licensed Electrical Worker licence-Electrician's Licence (LEW Grade 7).
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in electrical maintenance, power systems, facilities management or electrical engineering projects.
• Sound knowledge of electrical distribution systems, switching operations, power engineering and electrical safety requirements.
• Experience supervising maintenance personnel and coordinating site operations.
• Good troubleshooting, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Able to work independently and respond effectively to electrical faults and emergency situations.
• Good communication, coordination and documentation skills.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Carry out preventive, corrective and breakdown maintenance according to approved schedules and operational requirements.
• Perform electrical switching operations in compliance with statutory requirements, safety procedures and site regulations.
• Issue Permit-to-Work (PTW) and Clearance Certificates when authorised, and ensure all work is performed safely.
• Coordinate maintenance and operational activities with contractors, vendors and relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health regulations, company policies and applicable industry standards.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, service reports and other required documentation.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Site Manager or Supervisor.
