Job summary

Beca is seeking a Manager - Electrical in Singapore to lead complex electrical building services projects across sectors. You will drive concept to detailed design, coordinate QA and commissioning, and manage teams, costs and client interfaces.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in consulting, a degree in electrical engineering (PEB recognised), and strong English communication. PE certification is an advantage. This role offers growth, supportive culture and industry-leading projects.

Qualifications

Degree in Electrical Engineering with Singapore PEB recognition.
Experience: minimum 7 years in a consulting firm.
Professional Engineer certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Lead delivery of complex electrical building services projects across multiple sectors.
Manage projects from concept through detailed design, planning and resourcing.
Lead M&E teams to deliver compliant, high-quality solutions and technical reporting.
Coordinate QA and commissioning with other disciplines and consultants.
Manage jobs control, planning, monitoring, progress and cost reporting.
Provide clear technical advice to clients to maximise understanding and efficiency.
Mentor and coach junior peers to build capability.
