Beca Carter Hollings & Ferner (S.E.Asia) Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced Electrical Building Services Manager to lead design delivery across healthcare, commercial, hospitality and institutional sectors. You will head multi-disciplinary teams, manage program, budgets and client relationships, delivering high-quality electrical building services solutions.

Competenze

• Degree in Electrical Engineering (recognised by Professional Engineers Board, Singapore, will be an advantage).
• Minimum 7 years' experience in an engineering consultancy environment delivering Building Services projects.
• Proven experience leading Electrical Building Services design and coordination across healthcare, commercial, hospitality and education sectors.
• Strong understanding of Singapore codes, regulations, and authority approval processes.
• Experience managing project delivery, including programme, resources, and budgets.
• Proficiency in engineering design software and BIM platforms.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and client relationship skills.

The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for experienced Electrical Building Services Manager to join our Singapore team and become part of a network of over 400 Building Services professionals across the Asia Pacific.

You will be working with a diverse client base on a variety of projects, delivering sustainable and high-performance building solutions that shape Singapore’s built environment. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, take on both technical and leadership responsibilities, and contribute to the successful delivery of key projects.

About You

As an Electrical Building Services Manager, you’ll lead electrical design delivery on complex projects across sectors including commercial, healthcare, hospitality and institutional developments. You are a collaborative and solutions-focused engineer with strong electrical building services design experience and the ability to lead teams and deliver quality outcomes. You bring sound technical judgement, strong stakeholder skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement in a consultancy environment.

Responsibilities
