Job summary

Kulicke and Soffa Industries, Inc. invites a Senior Electrical Engineer to join our Global Engineering team in Singapore.

You will design and optimize electrical subsystems for semiconductor capital equipment, spanning analog, digital, and power electronics, motor drivers, and high-precision motion control. You will lead lifecycle support, NPD, manufacturing ramp-up, and cross-functional collaboration with Mechanical, Software, Quality, and Supply Chain teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical/Electronics Engineering required.
3–5 years hands-on experience in electrical/electronic system design.
Strong knowledge of analog, digital and power electronics.
Experience with Altium Designer and PCB layout.
Willingness to travel on short notice and collaborate across global teams.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and optimize electrical/electronic subsystems for semiconductor capital equipment.
Support full product lifecycle: NPD, qualification, manufacturing ramp-up.
Conduct system-level analysis, debugging, validation, and performance optimization.
Collaborate with Mechanical, Software, Manufacturing, Quality, Field Service, and Supply Chain teams to deliver robust solutions.
Create and maintain design specifications, schematics, test reports, and technical reviews.
Drive ECOs to implement design improvements for mass production.
