Responsibilities

• Assemble and test mechatronics assemblies based on standard work instructions and test procedures.
• Gather measurement data independently and conduct self-verification.
• Perform complex troubleshooting, debug and repair and recommend interventions to the Production Engineers.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives towards production quality/productivity improvements.
• Guide team members on initiative or line activities based on supervisor’s assignment.
• Assist in determining and developing work instructions on new assignments.
• Support training to all Product Lines based on supervisor’s assignment.
• Conduct performance testing independently.
• Assist engineers in developing new measurement sets.
• Provide on-the-job coaching to team members on simple or semi complex standard workflows.
