Job summary

Xircle Talent is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead end-to-end management of electrical systems in data center infrastructures across Singapore. You will drive on-site execution, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure compliance with local regulations and global safety standards.

The role requires 3+ years in data center electrical projects, strong vendor coordination, and bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or Mechatronics.
• Master's degree or professional certifications are a strong advantage.
• Minimum 3 years of experience delivering electrical projects for data centers.
• Hands-on vendor and subcontractor coordination in field environments.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese (written and spoken).
• Knowledge of Singapore SS electrical standards and data center codes.

Responsibilities

• Lead full delivery cycles of electrical projects for data centers.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore regulations and safety protocols.
• Coordinate with regional and global partners on system integrations.
• Manage project finances, track risks, and optimize costs.
• Maintain client, supplier, and subcontractor communications.
• Review power, UPS, switchgear, and energy storage documentation.
• Oversee on-site electrical works and document progress and handovers.
• Refine workflows to improve efficiency and quality.
