Qualifications

• Master's degree or professional certifications are a strong advantage.
• Minimum 3 years of experience delivering electrical projects for data centers.
• Hands-on vendor and subcontractor coordination in field environments.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese (written and spoken).
• Knowledge of Singapore SS electrical standards and data center codes.

Job Summary

This position focuses on the end-to-end technical management of electrical systems within data center infrastructure projects. The role requires ensuring strict compliance with local regulations and global safety protocols while coordinating cross‑functional teams to deliver integrated power solutions. You will be responsible for driving on‑site execution, managing project finances, and meeting client expectations through effective stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full delivery cycle of electrical projects, ensuring all milestones are met within budget and in full compliance with Singapore's regulatory framework.
• Coordinate with regional and global partners to align electrical components with broader multi‑discipline system integrations.
• Track financial performance, identify potential risks, and implement process improvements to enhance output quality and client satisfaction.
• Maintain robust relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors through proactive and consistent communication channels.
• Scrutinize technical documentation and drawings for power generation, UPS, switchgear, and energy storage systems, while resolving technical queries with vendors.
• Supervise on‑site electrical works, address immediate technical issues, and maintain accurate records of progress, variations, and handover documentation.
• Refine execution workflows to improve operational efficiency and control costs without sacrificing quality standards.

Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Mechatronics, or a closely related field.
• Have a minimum of three years of experience delivering electrical projects for mission‑critical facilities or data centers.
• Demonstrate hands‑on experience in coordinating with vendors and construction subcontractors in field environments.
• Be proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Exhibit the ability to manage competing priorities with meticulous attention to detail.
• Apply analytical skills to facilitate quick decision‑making in fast‑paced on‑site settings.
• Use standard project management software to monitor milestones and produce status reports.
• Hold a Master's degree in Engineering or relevant professional certifications, which is considered a strong advantage.
• Have working knowledge of Singapore SS electrical standards and data center codes, with specific experience in generator, UPS, or battery storage installations.
• Have prior exposure to projects in Singapore or the wider Southeast Asian region.
• Be capable of delivering basic technical presentations to clients and internal leadership.
• Show a proactive approach to process optimization and the adoption of digital productivity tools.
