Job summary

Staffhub Group is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer based in Singapore to lead engineering detail design development for projects and coordinate with vendors and consultants.

You will prepare BOMs, plan procurement, and ensure safety compliance with MOM WSHA while delivering on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher is required.
• 3+ years of experience in related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and AutoCAD is expected.

Responsibilities

• Prepare engineering detail design development for projects.
• Prepare bill of materials/equipment list, budget and manpower planning.
• Plan and prepare purchase orders for materials for daily project use.
• Coordinate with other departments, clients, consultants and vendors to review designs.
• Review designs and develop recovery plans to speed project execution.
• Ensure safety compliance with MOM WSHA on assigned projects.

Assist Project Manager in the project including plan, schedule, conduct and coordinate detailed phases of project execution for an assigned portion of a major project or for the total portion of a moderate scope project and ensure that it is completed on time.within budget and highest quality
Preparation of engineering detail design development for project where applicable Prepare bill of materials /equipment list. Budget and manpower where applicable Plan and Prepare PO to purchaser to order materials for the project daily use Coordinate with personnel in other departments. Client and or consultant and vendors/subcontractors personnel to review designs. Prepare and execute recovery plans speedily Submit regular management reports on the progress of the project timelines and targets
Responsible for safety compliance on the project assigned and ensure all activities carried out complied with MOM WSHA requirement
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, AUTOCAD
Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
