Job summary

Staffhub Group is seeking a Project Manager (Electrical) in Singapore to lead the planning, execution and delivery of electrical construction projects. The role involves coordinating internal teams and external stakeholders to meet scope, schedule and budget while ensuring safety and compliance with EHS policies.

Qualifications

• At least 4 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Manager specialized in Engineering - Electrical or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Managing the project planning and execution of all electrical construction works at the site
• Facilitating internal and external communication to clearly define a project scope, updates, delays, deliverables and escalate issues appropriately
• Leading and coordinating activities of the project to ensure project progress on schedule and within budget
• Promoting safety and assisting with the implementation of all applicable EHS programs, policies and procedures
• Building and sustaining relationships proactively with clients and sub contractors
• Reviewing project proposal or plan to fully understand the scope of the work and contract to determine timeframe, funding limitations, procedure for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources
• Conferring and advising project staff to outline work plan and to assign duties and responsibilities Monitoring the planning , development, implementation, construction and testing activities and reports on issues, delays and changes or concerns to management
• Completing the estimation work as necessary , reviewing bid requirements and following up ensuring all information is acquired during bid day
