Responsibilities

• Lead and develop electrical engineering designs from concept to commissioning.
• Develop and review single-line diagrams, load schedules, equipment specs, and electrical calculations.
• Work across HV/MV/LV distribution, transformers, switchgear, UPS, generators, busway/busduct and related systems.
• Review consultant designs, calculations, specifications and technical submissions.
• Review contractor shop drawings, equipment selections and installation proposals.
• Support electrical equipment selection and technical procurement.
• Carry out site inspections to ensure installations meet design, specification and quality requirements.
• Participate in testing and commissioning of critical electrical systems.
• Collaborate with consultants, contractors and vendors to deliver project requirements.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to support the development of next-generation, sustainable AI Factories and datacentre infrastructure.

This is an opportunity to work on complex, high-density environments where electrical engineering is critical to reliability, efficiency and scalability. You'll be involved across the full project lifecycle from concept and design through construction, commissioning and operational readiness working alongside consultants, contractors, vendors and multidisciplinary engineering teams.

What You'll Be Doing:

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years of electrical engineering experience, with strong experience in data centres, mission-critical facilities or other high-reliability environments.
• Strong electrical design engineering background with experience across the project lifecycle.
• Solid knowledge of HV/MV/LV electrical distribution systems.
• Experience with UPS, generators, transformers, switchgear, busway/busduct and critical power systems.
• Strong understanding of electrical load calculations, equipment sizing, protection and power distribution.
• Data centre experience in Singapore or the wider APAC region is advantageous.
• Comfortable working across multidisciplinary, multicultural project teams.
• Willingness to travel approximately 10-30% across APAC, particularly during project delivery phases.
