Job summary

Rakuten Asia Pte. Ltd., based inSingapore's Central Business District, seeks a Vice Senior Manager of Ichiba (E-Commerce) Product to manage and grow our Ichiba product portfolio.

You will lead development and operations, collaborating with internal Rakuten teams and external partners to drive merchant growth and business value. You will leverage digital marketing capabilities, manage projects, and communicate with Japanese stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment and successful delivery across

Qualifications

• At least 7 years’ experience in digital marketing business across agencies, consulting, media, or client-side.
• Business level Japanese required for frequent communication with stakeholders.
• People management experience is required.
• Proven expertise in project management and leading business initiatives with stakeholders.
• E-commerce related business experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Must be a team leader and a self-starter.

Responsibilities

• Lead management, development, planning and operation of Ichiba product initiatives.
• Collaborate with Rakuten internal teams and external digital marketing partners.
• Drive growth and KPI achievement by enhancing product value for merchants.
• Build relationships with business decision makers and maintain strong pipeline.
