Job summary

Elush (T3) Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced E-commerce Specialist to manage activities across Shopee, Lazada, Amazon and other platforms. You will oversee product uploads, content updates and delisting, while coordinating with brands on product knowledge and changes.

You will monitor performance, prepare KPI reports, and collaborate with internal teams to drive promotional activities that increase revenue.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in managing ecommerce platforms.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word).
• Goal-oriented, able to perform under pressure, good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced industry with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Manage e-commerce activities and operations on platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Amazon, etc.).
• Product portfolio management on marketplaces including uploads, updates, delisting, returns, and content updates.
• Coordinate with brands on product knowledge and changes.
• Monitor performance to meet KPIs and prepare reports.
• Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to drive promotions and revenue.
• Ensure seamless order fulfillment across sites and handle order processing, delivery and returns.
• Respond to customer inquiries and support ad-hoc projects.
