Qualifications

Minimum of 7–10 years of project management experience in a similar industry.
Proven experience with multiple PM methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, rapid development, and pair programming.
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills, with ability to bridge business and technical teams.
Strong interpersonal skills to motivate and guide team members and build relationships across cultures and borders.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and perform under pressure.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Product Managers, BU, and stakeholders to understand needs and align roadmaps.
Oversee end-to-end project delivery from requirements through to release.
Apply PM techniques to deliver projects on scope, time, and budget.
Coordinate with cross-border technical teams to achieve outcomes.
Ensure clear communication among all stakeholders in development and service maintenance.
Mentor junior team members and foster productivity and organizational goals.
