Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Senior Channel Marketing leader to drive strategy across Off-Trade, On-Trade and E-Commerce in Singapore. You will align Brand, Channel and Sales priorities, shaping growth opportunities and leading cross-functional activation with a strong emphasis on JBP and data-driven planning.

You will directly own the E-Commerce Channel Marketing agenda, develop and coach the team, and partner with Sales and Brand to execute annual channel plans and growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years FMCG experience across Channel Development, Trade Marketing, Shopper Marketing or Commercial Excellence.
• Strong experience across Off Trade and/or On Trade, with exposure to E-Commerce and omnichannel planning.
• Proven ability to translate consumer/shopper insights into commercial growth opportunities and drive Joint Business Planning.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop differentiated strategies across Off Trade, On Trade and E-Commerce, defining where and how the business should win.
• Lead integrated commercial planning by aligning Brand, Channel and Sales plans into a single calendar and governance.
• Directly own the E-Commerce Channel Marketing strategy, growth agenda and activation priorities in partnership with Sales and Brand teams.
• Lead and develop the Channel Marketing team, empowering Channel Managers to drive Sales partnerships and activation.
