Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking a Senior Engineer to advance dry etch process development for 3D NAND technology.

You will drive process window analysis, recipe optimization and tool improvement in collaboration with Process Integration and other module teams. The role requires strong experimental discipline, DOE/SPC expertise, and the ability to translate technology requirements into production-ready improvements.

Qualifications

• PhD or Master’s with ≥3 years, or Bachelor’s with ≥5 years in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Physics, or related field.
• Strong aptitude for technology development and experimental/data analysis work in a dry etch / semiconductor context.
• Experience with DOE, statistics/SPC and analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced dry etch process development tasks including process window analysis, recipe optimization, and tool improvements.
• Troubleshoot process issues with cross-functional teams to improve yield and quality.
• Collaborate with Process Integration and other development areas to integrate solutions.
