This role requires a PhD or Master’s in a related field with 3+ years of dry etch experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• PhD or Master’s degree in relevant engineering/science fields.
• 3+ years of semiconductor dry etch process development.
• Strong publication, patent, or invention record.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• AI proficiency or AI-enabled working methods.

Responsibilities

• Rapid deployment of new NAND Dry Etch process technologies.
• Drive development efforts prior to device ramp; hit performance targets.
• Evaluate Dry Etch tool performance and process windows.
• Refine Dry Etch recipes for 3D NAND technology.
• Troubleshoot processes within cross-functional teams to improve yield.
• Identify areas for improvement and collaborate with Fabs and TD teams.
• Initiate process simplification across cross-functional teams.
• Integrate manufacturing methods into early development for new nodes.
