Qualifications

• Demonstrated R&D aptitude with experimental design and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop dry etch processes meeting electrical and physical requirements.
• Optimize dry etch to reduce cost, variability, and improve capability.

• Conduct fundamental research for next-gen products.
• Maintain a technology development pilot manufacturing line.
• Support transfer of processes to production facilities; travel may be required.
