Job summary

You will de‑risk novel lithography concepts, influence executive decisions, and steward enterprise roadmaps, working across R&D and manufacturing to advance memory technology platforms.

Qualifications

• PhD≥15 years or Master’s ≥17 years of relevant experience in semiconductor photolithography process development.
• Industry‑recognized innovation leadership in photolithography and related technologies.
• Strong background in enabling enterprise‑wide lithography strategy and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Sponsor long‑range pathfinding initiatives for future nodes and architectures.
• Establish enterprise‑wide, long‑term photolithography technology vision and roadmaps.
• De‑risk novel lithography concepts and platforms across development teams.
• Serve as technical authority across R&D and manufacturing.
• Influence strategy at executive and industry levels.
