Job summary

IMDA's Communications & Marketing Division invites a senior leader to head a team delivering strategic communications, executive messaging, and brand stewardship across government and industry. You will shape narratives, guide cross‑department efforts, and ensure consistent messaging that supports IMDA's mandate.

Qualifications

Minimum 15 years of experience in Public Relations/Government Comms/Public Affairs/Journalism.
Minimum 5 years of team management experience.
Experience working with and pitching to journalists across tech, media, manpower, business beats.
Ability to translate business units' needs into impactful strategic communications plans.

Responsibilities

Develop and lead strategic communications and branding across IMDA and stakeholders.
Provide executive communications and thought leadership for senior leadership.
Plan and manage corporate publications and collaterals (Annual Report, infographics, newsletters).
Oversee media engagement strategy, handle queries, and manage agencies for monitoring and research.
