• Strong experience in public relations or government communications

Responsibilities

• Lead development of overarching strategic communications framework across departments
• Provide strategic counsel to internal teams for speeches and materials
• Oversee branding and corporate identity guidelines across channels
• Oversee data sense-making, media analytics and use AI to optimize content distribution
• Develop and execute thought leadership initiatives and executive communications
• Identify and secure high-impact speaking platforms locally and globally
• Plan and manage corporate publications and collaterals
• Manage agencies and contracts to ensure service standards
• Oversee media engagement strategy, handle queries and crisis management
• Monitor global media landscapes to secure coverage for IMDA
• Coordinate foreign media visits to profile Singapore’s capabilities
