Qualifications

13+ years of experience in business development, growth, market expansion, or general management.
Proven track record in driving growth, revenue, or transaction volume in fintech, payments, crypto, or financial infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Own Circle’s market intelligence, brand presence, and ecosystem growth across South East Asia, starting with Singapore, the Philippines, Thailand, Malaysia, and Vietnam.
Partner with Commercial, Business Development, Product, and partners to execute compliant market engagement and regulatory outreach.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Solutions, Operations, Marketing, Policy, Legal, Compliance) to relay market feedback and ensure compliant ecosystem engagement.
Track and report market intelligence and regulatory developments across the region to inform strategy.
