Job summary

Circles, a global technology company, seeks a seasoned professional to lead cybersecurity governance, assurance and data protection from our Singapore base. Reporting to the Director of Cyber Governance, you will shape policies, risk assessments and compliance across the Group.

The role requires strong experience in ISO standards, privacy laws and cross-functional collaboration with product, engineering and legal teams to safeguard information assets.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT, cyber security or comparable qualification.
• Experience in audit, assurance, governance or related advisory roles.
• Knowledge of SaaS telco platforms and data privacy laws is a plus.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders at multiple levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and operationalize cybersecurity framework, policies and baseline standards within the Group.
• Embed cybersecurity practices in new initiatives and assess security impact of changes.
• Identify and drive risk mitigations across administrative, technical and procedural controls.
• Ensure protection of crown jewels per ISO 27001, PCI-DSS and data privacy regulations.
• Lead internal risk assessments and 3PDD reviews; support audit readiness.
• Drive data privacy program including ISO 27701 and GDPR/PDPA awareness.
• Promote security culture and responsible AI adoption across the Group.
• Provide advisory services on information security and privacy to internal stakeholders.
