Job summary

LVI Associates is seeking senior leaders to oversee the development, construction and operations of large-scale digital infrastructure projects in Singapore. The role will steer expansion strategy, project execution, and portfolio growth while guiding cross-functional teams to deliver assets efficiently and reliably for future scalability.

Qualifications

• Must have proven leadership across development, construction, operations or asset management.
• Strong understanding of site acquisition, feasibility, delivery and facility operations.
• Experience managing large-scale projects, budgets, schedules and contractor performance.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams across multiple locations.
• Excellent commercial acumen and stakeholder negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, delivery and ongoing operation of large-scale digital infrastructure projects.
• Drive site identification, acquisition and feasibility assessments for new developments.
• Oversee pre-construction planning, due diligence and stakeholder coordination.
• Establish operational standards, governance frameworks and performance metrics.
• Manage construction execution, project controls, budgets and delivery schedules.
• Lead contractors, consultants and internal teams to achieve project outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory and quality requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and reliability.
• Collaborate with engineering, commercial and operations to support growth.
• Provide strategic recommendations on expansion opportunities and capacity planning.
