Edwards Lifesciences Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Sr. Director of Human Resources to act as a strategic advisor and partner to leadership, driving talent strategy and organizational capability.

This onsite role collaborates with manufacturing operations and COEs to deliver comprehensive HR programs across Singapore. The role requires extensive HR leadership experience, with a focus on talent development, succession planning, and regulatory compliance, in an international context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field and previous HR experience.
• Demonstrated track record in people management.
• Experience in manufacturing and international environment preferred.

Responsabilités

• Act as strategic partner to develop and implement HR strategy for Singapore site.
• Lead and develop HR professionals to implement strategy within budgets and compliance.
• Collaborate with COEs to deliver HR programs addressing current and future talent needs.
• Advise leadership on talent strategies and organizational capabilities.
• Analyze trends and metrics to identify training and coaching needs.
• Participate in talent interviews and compensation analysis to support offers.
• Monitor training and coaching program effectiveness.
• May lead HR aspects of mergers, acquisitions, or large HR initiatives.
