Job summary

sggovterp in Singapore invites an experienced Director, Product Strategy to lead the Product Strategy Office within the Engineering Programme Office. You will shape the product vision, portfolio strategy and governance across multiple digital government products to deliver public value.

Collaborate with product managers, engineering, design and stakeholders to align initiatives with national digital outcomes, build capabilities, and foster customer-centric, data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Degree and above in IT and related areas.
• Minimally 10-15 years of relevant experience in product management or equivalent.
• Experience leading large-scale technology or digital transformation programmes.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary, high-performing teams.
• Experience managing commercial relationships and vendor performance.
• Public service experience in Singapore or similar context.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive long-term product strategy for Government Digital Products.
• Develop portfolio strategies maximizing citizen value and business impact.
• Translate priorities into clear product roadmaps and investments.
• Oversee health and alignment of the Government Digital Products portfolio.
• Establish governance, discovery, prioritisation, and roadmap planning.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Programme Management and business leaders.
• Coach product managers and foster a culture of experimentation.
